If I could give them -5 stars, I would. It's the absolute worst loan process I've ever been a part of. Anytime you call to try to get help, you're told a different story. They follow rules that no other bank recognizes and make it literally impossible to close a deal. The whole process is shady at best. Do yourself a favor, save time and a headache, and go anywhere but here. Even considering a local loan shark that will threaten you is still a better option.

This bank's online support and credit services are horrendous. I have had multiple issues working with their team, including one support person telling me I was wrong about something that was clearly visible on my screen. I have to sincerely wonder about the security of their system, website, and password protections given the extremely poor support I have received.

Still waiting for my funds to be deposited in my account, now on day 18 of what was supposed to be a 3-5 day wait. Farm Bureau is using every excuse possible to hold onto the funds. I was supposed to have funds overnighted to pay off the lien on the vehicle, then have an ACH deposit directly into my account. The lien was mailed regular mail, which took 8 days. The lienholder received the check, deposited it, released the title, and even mailed me back the overage of the payment. I'm still waiting. I went to my bank; they said there's no reason not to release the funds owed to me. They're just holding the money. I will never do business with them again!

STAY AWAY!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING A FARM BUREAU CC! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE! THEY HUNG UP IN MY FACE TWICE! AND ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO WAS GET THE FRAUD ALERT TAKEN OFF! I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK AND CANCELED MY CARD & GOT MY DAD TO CANCEL HIS TOO!

They do not return calls. Lost my purchase of a car because they sent my loan approval to my agent. I called in for the loan & was told they would call me back. After I called back they then said we sent it to your agent. Agent still has not called.
