We used this bank for our business checking for about a year. It was absolutely terrible. The online banking almost never works, and when it does it displays your activity backwards. Charges don’t appear on the account for days after making a purchase, leading to tons of overdraft fees. Not only that but our account info was compromised and fraudulent charges were made. All within less than a year. This bank is HORRIBLE for small businesses, and I would imagine for individual accounts as well. I cannot recommend more that you get an account somewhere else.

I git scammed and someone got my info and when not using the bank someone was taking money out of my account and the last time they pulled my account in the - well i called and the company refunded my money but in the meantime i got over draft fees and even tho it was put through the fraud dept and even tho the company talked to the bank they will still not take the overdraft fees off of my account. Good luck might have been a good bank back in the day before technology came out but not now.

After having some bad experiences with banks in the area, I decided to turn to a credit union to set up a new savings account. I found First Choice to be close to home, so I gave it a try. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed. Everyone there was very personable and helped answer any questions and concerns I had. I haven't had any issues with my service at all. Any questions I have are answered quickly. The employees are so nice and helpful. They helped put my mind at ease about using a credit union. I am now thinking about switching over my checking as well.

First Choice America Community Federal Credit Union is a great place for your financial needs. I opened an account with them because they had a branch in the hospital that I worked in making it amazingly easy to get my financial needs in order. Even if you dont have a checking with them and you have a savings you get a debit card for your savings. They have low rate financing and childrens accounts as well. I give them a GREAT rating. There are several branches to fit your needs.

First Choice America Community Federal Credit Union has always been there. Many people in the town have been with the Credit Union ever since it opened 75 years ago, and it is obvious why. The customer service is timely and accurate, with the ability to speak to a real person instead of dealing with computers all the time. When there is an error that occurs, the ladies and gentlemen have dealt with me personally in order to solve problems. With low interest rates on their loans as well as great options for credit cards, First Choice America has been the best choice in the Ohio Valley when it comes to Credit Unions.

I have been using First Choice America Community Federal Credit Union for now well over a decade. Initially I used it as a second defense bank with the first being another major bank. Trouble with major banks is that they treat you like an assembly line customer and give you a standard and routine service. With First Choice my major association began when I approached them for a mortgage. It was pleasant and very pleasing for me to observe that their customer handling was almost customized and matched the client requirements. Their rates and tailoring repayment was perfect and choice of properties(through a broker) was very wide. It took me almost no effort to conclude the deal to my satisfaction . The documentation was so impeccable that now I am nearing total repayment and the property is already commanding a handsome premium.

Quite awhile back, I used First Choice Credit Union to take out a CD. I am really involved with money savings and finances so I have taken out several CDs in my life. I was really happy going through the First Choice America community Federal Credit Union to open a CD account for many reasons. The service was excellent, their website was wonderful, and helpful in so many ways. The application process was fast and quite simple. I have had zero problems since I opened my CD account which is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone I know! They are an A+ company!
