They are the worst ever. I have an Auto Loan through them, and they are so clueless; they have no idea what they are doing. They have done nothing but destroy my credit and life. They are clueless and lack knowledge of finances. They do not get back to you, they ignore you and are rude, ignorant, and disrespectful. My credit was great until these people destroyed it. You can't ever speak to a Supervisor, manager, or even the CEO. They ignore you when you are right, they take your hard-earned money and destroy every aspect of the life you once had prior to dealing with these people. Please stay clear, take your business elsewhere. Stay as far away from these people as you can; if you do not, trust me, you will regret it. You have been warned.

Don't, don't, don't—if you are looking for a bank to finance, please do yourself a favor and choose a different one. This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with. They are rude, have no knowledge of their policies, and treat their customers poorly. I was told they could repossess my vehicle if I was one day behind on payments. I would rather walk than finance another vehicle with this bank. So please run, run and choose another bank.

Baker is now first Commonwealth. It's run by morons; phone lines are clogged, and you have to wait 30 or more minutes to get a live person.

After they changed names, not as welcoming and friendly. Making payments more difficult to pay. There are a few tellers that will go out of their way.

used to be a friendly bank. machines are often broken, very under staffed, for the first time in approx. 35 years I had to "check in " because the person sitting in the front "didn't know me" ! a 63 yo man must be VERY THREATENING. they have a person checking you in but not enough people to actually wait on customers. very unprofessional, slow, backwards. But then what do I expect from Lehighton.

Joining a credit union is a great idea, especially in the current banking environment. I strongly encourage you to join one, especially if you are looking to finance a home or vehicle. Just don't join this one. First Commonwealth is "first" in all the wrong ways. They're definitely the first credit union to advertise an "interactive teller machine" that they don't actually staff during posted hours. They're also the first credit union I've joined to take *weeks* to process mailed payments. Let's also not forget them being first in advertising external payments for your FCFCU credit card while capping how much you can pay at $3,000. Wow, thanks for making it extra inconvenient each step of the way.
First Commonwealth is trying to punch above their weight. I joined because they showed promise. Sadly those promises were empty. Look into PSECU; I live in the Lehigh Valley and thought having branches would be helpful. It's not.

No easy way to pay it from the App. Or online. Other than that they're ok.

This credit union bank is awesome. Their workers there are always there to help make things easier. They help with credit issues and their interest rates are very good.

I've never had a worse experience dealing with an auto lender. Complete nonsense. I'm a used car dealer dealing with around 20 banks. This place returned my contract about 4 times. We sell nearly 400 cars a year and have never dealt with nonsense like this.

I really like having an account at First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union. They are very easy to work with and walk you through the steps for whatever it is you need. I am a college student and they helped me set up the accounts I wanted and got me a good credit card for a student. I really love the online banking because I am away from home and can do everything I need to online. They even helped me set up a CD so I can start saving money for my future. They are always willing to walk me through everything and they really know what they are talking about. I like having my accounts here.

First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union is a great bank. They have a wide variety of products to offer their customers, and they are always rolling out newer and better products as well. I have the opportunity to use their services for a certificate of deposit account. This account delivers a high amount of interest and has low penalties for early withdrawal. I definitely recommend this bank for your banking needs.

Want to start by saying how awesome Baker Federal Credit Unions' customer service treated me. I had done a few car loans in the past from other credit unions but they ended up charging so much on interest and even missed one payment and the late fee was almost as much as a months payment. Baker Federal took care of my loan and made sure I got the best loan available. I have decent credit but the interest rate they got me was great and couldn't believe it. I love working with them on loans and will make sure the next loan I get is from them.
