This is the worst bank ever. They robbed me 200$ in 6 days for courtesy fees for overdrafts instead of blocking transactions for non sufficient funds. which the day before they actually did block a transaction from google Fi and sent me a text alert that the charge was blocked for non sufficient the following six day they charged me 200$ courtesy fees. One charge was for only 3.45$ and they charged me 32$ courtesy fee for that. They denied blocking the google fi for insufficient funds even though I have it saved. I called explaining why they would then allow all other even though o had insufficient funds. They told me they would only dona courtesy payment for 1 charged if my funds weren't sufficient. This is a mean trick and the second time they have done this me. I had to cancel my first light fcu visa card just so first light fcu would stop robbing me. I have literally paid over a 1000$ in bank fees in just 365 day period. Their policies are outrageous and criminal. I have also had problems their visa card or online banking services getting breached. where is the protection? How do you people sleep at night knowing you steal from single mothers that put their trust into your bank. Do not bank here! They are crooks!!
I understand the security with today's crisis, but have never had this kind of hassling with my account anywhere else. Means I have to go out and try again tomorrow and can't stay home.
