I worked with Kelsey—or should I say, I tried! I had to call the branch to get her to answer texts or emails. I sent everything she asked for that she needed to move forward, but there was no follow-up. I finally reached out to the branch manager, Kelley. Wow, what a difference! She was spot on and very quick to respond. Within just a few weeks, we are due to close on a loan. Very informative, helpful, and fast! Thank you for having people that actually care!

Been with Fort Financial Credit Union for over 10 years now. Moved in 2020. Still kept them even though FFCU is hundreds of miles away. Really started more problems this years. 1st of all every time we used our debit/ credit card it would charge us a dollar. It had did that a few years ago too. Wrote to them in April 2023 and Heidi Hines told me that my husband was using debit at the drive thru at McDonald's. My husband called and they straighten that up right away . Just went to put in a cashier's check in remote deposit and was told that we can only remote deposit 500 dollars a day now!! So now we have to travel 40 miles to a shared branch!!! We have most of our checks direct deposited. We are done with FFCU! They treat us horribly!!!

Loved them at first! Then the deceit started. Sending letters (allegedly) to my old address- which was a short sale, they got the $ and the new address. Letter from them said they agreed if they get all $ from sale. Cool. Now they’re suing me.

they always have the ATM lane blocked by allowing members to use drive thru. Now I have cashed a check for someone and signed the back like always and went to deposit in the account and they tell me that can’t take it. So I now have a check from the US Post Office double endorsed that can’t be cashed ?. They have taken checks like this for years and now because they “put a sign on their window” they stopped.

Have been a long time customer, switched from a big bank in 2011. Much better at the time. They boast no hidden fees but recently practice some shadier dealings. Saw a complaint thru the BBB that matches up nicely to mine. They have no problem going behind your back and charging you a fee and then refusing to refund it. They say their policy of refunding bank fees depends on if it was a 'credit union error' or not. However they find it hard to admit fualt especially if the denomination is small. Think they would reverse those small charges to keep there customers happy, but you would be wrong. Most of the tellers are rude/flustered when handleing fee reversals, probably beucase they do not have the empowerment to do so. There are much better credit unions out there, pass this one over if your considering it.

I really love Fort Financial. I have been with them for the past three years now and am a very satisfied customer. While they only have one branch in my town, they do have an ATM that I can use at any time to access my account at any time. They also have online banking which is a huge convenience in my life if I can't get to the bank during their open hours. The employees in my town are super friendly and go out of their way to assist you with anything they can. They are very helpful and even when I have brought in complicated transactions, they handle them with ease. Even when the branch is very busy, the employees handle all customers completely and totally without pushing customers though. No matter if there is one customer in the building or 20, you are always treated as though you are the only one.

I've been at this bank for nearly four years now, and I have had nothing but great experiences and customer service! Going into the bank is really simple and quick. I am never in there more than five minutes, unless I have an issue with my account. And if I do, the staff is quick to both help and figure out what is wrong with my account. Their phone service is great, as well. They also have many locations in the city, so there's always a location nearby. As long as I am with this company, I will always recommend them to anyone who asks.

I've used Fort Financial Federal Credit Union on a variety of occasions and each time, the credit union seems to get better and better. The customer service is great and the process is clear and easy. It does not get any easier or better. I've used them for small loans and for car loans so I know that when it comes to great services – whether it is customer or application – then the top choice would be Fort Financial Credit Union. Two of my most recent transactions with them have been for a car loan and one was a personal loan to help support my business. Fort Financial Credit Union beats the local banks interest rates by almost a full percentage point or more and the company is easy to deal with when it comes to making payments and such.
