This company is fraudulent. I make payments monthly but they will ruin your credit; they are dishonest. They tell customers they will help, but all they do is continue to apply fees. I have had my loan with them for two years, and now I owe more than where I started. Future customers, buyers beware, and stay far away from them.

Unethical, not truthful, do not recommend. My loan was purchased by this company. I had made five years of payments on time, not once had I ever had a single late payment. Despite this, my vehicle was stolen and it was totaled. My insurance paid off my loan, and yet they still marked me as late for the month in which the car was totaled (not after). This dropped my score by nearly 100 points! Now, I have to find a new car, but with an astronomical interest rate. It's outrageous!

I've never missed a payment with this company. My car was totaled by an at-fault driver. Foresight accepted State Farm's payment, which covered the interest and the car. Now, I am being harassed by them with constant calls.

I purchased the car two years ago and put $3,000 down. The car was sold to me for $13,000. I'm looking at my statements, and I have made a total of $4,500 in payments. Why is my loan at $16,000? Where have all my payments gone? This bank is frustrating. I don't know what is going on, but this should be illegal. I also used a loan calculator, and my payments should be $355 with my interest over 72 months. They constantly charge me fees for reasons I don't understand. I'm very displeased with this bank.

Stay far away from this company; they are the definition of predatory lending. I have had car loans in the past that have gone just fine and completed them with no issues, but this company has been an absolute nightmare since the beginning. They will find any and every way to charge you a fee. I have sent my payments in early, only to have them charge me a late fee because they chose not to process it until after the due date, even though I sent it to them over a week early. They also like to allocate 99% of the payments towards the interest and give almost nothing to the principal, keeping your car loan upside down. Out of $13,000 I paid last year, they only put $100 toward the principal; the rest went to interest. That's absolutely insane! This company should not be allowed to operate.

We've only had this vehicle through this lender for three months. It's been set up on autopay, so payments are never late. Yet, consistently each month, my bank account number gets changed and they "run it," saying it was declined, and I am assessed late fees and NSF fees for something I continually set up and am on the phone about with customer service. While on the phone this time, the bank account number was changed again before our eyes. The supervisor said he'd removed the "late fee" but cannot remove the NSF fees. Something very suspicious is going on, and I made it very clear that I am filing a formal complaint with the banking commission. I suggest anyone else who has the same issue (which seems to be a common thing) to do the same. Otherwise, this company is going to continue to charge people for so-called late payments and NSF fees when payments are actually made on time.

In my inquiry about Foursight Capital and an Arkansas Chevy dealership, I found issues with late documents causing late loan fees and non-registration of the vehicle. I had spoken to Foursight Capital on several occasions regarding my social security checks, and the documents I received were two months late. At the time, there was a 30-day period to register the vehicle. Foursight Capital does not work in the customer's best interest; they add late fees for payments that are less than ten days late, even though their policy states they have a ten-day grace period. If any Chevy dealership tells you Foursight Capital is a good place for a loan, they are misleading you and creating more issues for the buyer. Do not trust the buy-and-sell tactics in Arkansas; you might regret it later.

Beware of this company! They are predatory lenders. They stopped accepting my payments after 14 months, and I never missed a payment. I was never notified with a formal notice that they were no longer accepting payments in the form of debit or credit. This company needs to be put out of business for their practices.

My husband can make a payment a week before his due date, and they would hold the payment past the due date then send the payment back, telling us it's late. It's been a headache dealing with this company. Looking at everyone's reviews, it's best to say trade in your car with a different dealership that actually uses a real bank. If they had a negative rating, I would be happy to give them a negative 5.

Vehicle was totalled in hit and run accident. Driver hospitalized. Auto insurance paid immediately. Extended warranty policy sent check which "did not clear the bank". It took another few weeks before they sent another check. By this time Foursight said I missed a payment. At the time of the accident I was 1 payment ahead. The Gap policy has yet to pay their part. Foursight has already recieved all the money owed them, minus approximately $480.00. The loan was over $29,000. Wouldn't that money have gone towards the monthly payments? That put me years ahead of the due dates. There was no prepayment penalty. Now they are reporting me as having missed a payment. They have applied some monies to interest. How much interest are they entitled to if they have their money back? They have had this note just over 1 year and the full loan amount of approximately $29,000.00 is totally paid back to them with the exception of less than $500 outstanding. Am I late on paying them? I don't think I'm late until a few years from now. GAP is to have them paid in the next month which will satisfy the loan.

Never had a problem with the company. I wish I would’ve remembered to cancel my gap insurance and could’ve save over 1,000 off the end of my loan. Other than that, I’ve had no issues with this company and the offered me an interest rate that was half of what Chase bank was offering with 100% on time perfect payments for 3 years.

This company is very, very shady in how they conduct business. I purchased my 2021 Dodge Challenger in December & was repo 2 days ago. They are showing me to be 72 days passed due. They're website shows 7 made payments which is what my bank shows. The representative being rude and snide only seen 5 payments. His is that when is telling you on your own company data base...hmmmm Even repo driver was appalled, but nothing he could do. This company can never be reached. They add multiple late fees during a month. I will never recommend anyone in they're right mind use this company for anything. I am turning over to the BBB and contacting the dealer with my info. I don't wanna see others get screwed.
