We enjoyed working with this bank. We would use it again if needed , they were easy to work with and FAST! We never have any problems from them at all.
Low rates. Lower than credit cards. Making it fast to pay off. FFCU IS THE BEST! I would recommend to friends and family. No prepayment penalties. Very easy to work with.

I would never recommend any person bank here, for reasons that I could write an entire book on. Pathetic rates on your deposits, one of the most horrendous mobile apps I have ever used, excessive check holds on your mobile check deposits, really it goes on and on. I find it quite comical that when I had upwards $45k in my checking account there, check holds were released almost immediately. Yet, when I moved all of my money to invest and actually earn something, a check hold released in several days time. Closing my checking account here and moving to Member One was a fantastic decision, and my mortgage would be gone too if it were not for having to pay closing costs again. That being said, it's almost worth it to me to pay them just to be done with this place. Please do your research. There are far better places to bank with than this one.
Definitely not the small hometown credit union that it used to be. No different than Member One, Wells, or BOA at this point. Lackluster savings APR, unless you have a ridiculous amount of direct deposit, then you qualify for the 5% rate. Mobile app and website always crash and never work right. Nothing special to separate them from the rest of the crowd anymore.
I gave the woman working on my mortgage loan the benefit of the doubt for being ridiculously rude to me, as she was having a bad day the first time we ever spoke on the phone. But I would like to make it very known that it was not a one time instance and that clearly some of their employees need a reminder that they use the bathroom and brush their teeth just like their customers. Will be closing all accounts with this place in a few months.
After working with their “credit specialist” for a year. Paying off a ton of stuff, (two collections totaling less than $2k left) 4 years of both employment rental history. 38 months of steady on time payment history and my annual income of >80k with total debt of 11k (9000k car loan.) I was declined for a car loan...
The service is great, however their hiring process, is in my opinion is bias and judgemental, and unfair never apply till they get rid of the vice president who makes a decision about you before the interview, over 20 years of experience, and denied for all positions.
