I went into the bank to set up payment options for my two credit cards and to obtain a personal loan. I was greeted by a friendly and professional young lady named Valerie. She listened to my concerns about my budget and helped me close my credit cards to consolidate them into a single personal loan, which would allow me to make lower payments on my cards and consolidate into one payment a month instead of three. She explained everything very clearly. Once the application was sent to the underwriters, she called me back personally to tell me everything went well and that all I had to do was review the documents and then sign them—then it was done. I can now improve my credit score and purchase the new tires I need for my car and move into my new apartment without going over budget or being financially strained until the next paycheck. Thank you, Generations. I have been with you for over 15 years, and I am not going anywhere.

We originally called looking for a HELOC loan, but because we didn't need that much money, Estefan provided us with another loan opportunity that would save us time and fees associated with the HELOC. We were transferred to Lorena, who did an amazing job letting us know about all of our options and took our application for us over the phone. The whole process was completed and funded that same afternoon. We are totally ecstatic with the level of service our credit union provided.

We received a call from Andrea, and she asked for our documents, which we needed to e-fax to her, and she made it happen. Great experience and awesome work by her. I'm on my third car loan with Generations FCU. Every one of them has been a great experience. I never have a problem getting pre-approved so that I can go to any dealership and get the best deal. I've handled all the paperwork and processing over the phone and through email. Their vehicle protection plans are better than any dealer offered plan I've found. I also want to give a huge shout out to Kimberly Martinez and Amber Aragon who both made easy and seamless. Great assets to the credit union. Once again Thanks. Arnold ?

Wow. On the phone to customer service for 45 minutes, so far. The recording uses "COVID" and "high call volume" to excuse their miserable customer service. While we wait on line almost an hour they play repeated (over and over ) again trying to get us to do loans? BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! Why would we do any other business with an incompetent business? They can't even figure out how to answer the phone. GRCU keeps closing branches, and, their customer service sucked before COVID. Why is it other banks have no problem coping with COVID. Just hire more customer service reps! Prioritize the customers and quit whining. DUH! We will be doing our banking elsewhere.

I filled an auto loan form online to refinance my car. I got a phone called the morning and by the end day I was fully approved with a better interest rate(2.49%) than my previous lender( 3.65%). I am impressed with their business. Let me say here that I have an excellent credit score. I am thinking of refinancing my home with them too.

Don't ever consider this bank to refinance your car, I year ago I purchased my first car at 6.19% APR. Now that my credit score rose about 70 points, this bank offered me 9.90 APR. THAT'S AWFUL. I fell on the ad trap "1.99 APR" pre-approved offer, DON'T EVER CONSIDER THIS BANK TO REFINANCE YOUR CAR.
