George Edward Nalls

I recently moved to the area being PCS'ed in the military. I have a family of 3 drivers and one small boat. He was initially very helpful and accommodating when giving information and still has been. I was looking for the best coverage for my vehicles for the cheapest price as possible and he made this experience very easy. So far we have only had one accident involving our teenager and he was understanding and made the process very easy. When I purchased a new vehicle recently, he made is very easy to add it to my policy and made it an overall enjoyable experience. You can tell that he has been in the business a long time based on his sheer knowledge and how well he handles customers. I don't have any reason to search for another insurance agent in the area after this experience. I would highly recommend George.

So my family has a boat, and I am on the insurance policy because I got my boater’s license a few years back. I had a little mishap when trying to dock her one day, which resulted in some damage to the hull, and I was sure glad that my dad got our policy through Mr. Nalls at Allstate. I called him right after the accident, and he was very nice. After he reassured me that everything was ok (I can get a bit emotional), he talked me through how to handle the incident, how our coverage protected us, how the claims process would work, and most importantly what to say to my dad to cajole him. I’ve been very pleased with my experience, and overall, I’d say that George E. Nalls nails it as an insurance agent!

I have a large family, and we have multiple cars as well as both our principal dwelling and vacation property insured through George and Allstate. He has always been extremely helpful and accommodating, always eager and willing to answer any question I have. He also made claims painless when one of my teenage sons got into an accident when learning how to drive. I would definitely recommend George Nalls.
