They charge daily interest. Which I wasn't aware of. My car went from 26000 to 30742 on 2022 model car. Wish I never refinance with them.

This company is TERRIBLE, customer service KENNY screamed at me accused me of hiding my car called me a lier. And screamed again where is the car where is the car as soon as I can get refinancing I'm gone

If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would! This is the worst lending company I have ever encountered. They blow my phone up even when I have made my payments on time. Calling 3/4 times a day at minimum. The customer service is so rude I hate talking to them over the phone. Asking questions like when do you get paid. Even if you are on time! Please find another lending service if possible. They are the worst.

Global Lending is the worst! I have paid on time every month from the time I refinanced my loan and went with GL. In January they took forever to get my autopay through the bank so I panicked and made another payment. I couldn't afford to have two payments come out of my account so I stopped the one that was not moving through my bank. I wanted to keep my account in good standing so I made the one time payment for my peace of mind. About 4 days later, after I know they were paid because I sent the payment through myself, they tried to send my auto pay through again (the one I stopped payment on). Since I had stopped that payment they turned me in as late and charged me $25. Mind you, I looked on my account page and I could see the one time payment that I had made to insure that I wasn't late. They put a ding on my credit report as missed a payment as well and I have still never missed a payment or been late!

I had the car in the shop at the Chevrolet dealership, waiting for parts, and they repossessed the car right from the dealership. They are quick to repossess. I was not even 30 days late.

Well, the motor in my car is going out, and neither Teague Chevrolet nor Global Lending Services will address the issue. Therefore, I will contact the BBB to inform them about the poor customer service from both parties involved. I'm surrendering the car myself, as the people at Global Lending Services are rude and not proficient in English, which has resulted in a negative experience and poor customer service overall.

If I could rate it as a 0, I would. Global Lending is the worst lending company ever. My car was in a little accident. They totaled my car and wouldn't let me buy it back. The car is still drivable; only my airbags exploded. Now, I'm still paying for a car I don't have. I was making my payments, but my balance was never decreasing. I hope people look into this company before using them; it's a complete rip-off.

Worst customer service ever, and they refuse to work with you. I promise it seems they only have one person who answers the phone.

Where do I begin with Global Lending Services? I had an issue with a dealership that paid off my trade-in significantly late, which was preventing me from purchasing my new home, as GLS placed a late mark on my account.

I was already searching for a new home, and the situation stopped me in my process of home ownership.

This company has gone above and beyond to resolve a dealership's mistake for me when, realistically, they didn't need to. They hit the ground running and repaired all issues on my credit report very timely.

I wouldn't listen to all the negative reviews. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much. They deserve a lot more credit for what they do.

Terrible company. I paid my auto loan off the first week of December. I overpaid and they owe me just over $700. It's now December 29th and no refund check. I called them and they are telling me it's their policy that it could take up to 45 days. So they are going to sit on my money.

My ex and I have a car financed through them, and they do not want to work with me on any payments. I offered to pay them a $3,000 lump sum to help me out, but they refuse to assist me one iota. I'm stuck with a $606 monthly car payment on a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage. They should have never financed it in the first place, knowing that my ex and I were on a fixed income. Now that my ex is no longer here, I have tried to get them to work with me because I only receive $967 a month and I have other bills to pay. They do not care; they are a very disgusting finance company, and it makes me sick. If I could do it all over again, I would have never even considered buying this car, especially knowing that this finance company is a disgrace. They don't want to help anyone; all they care about is their greed. According to my paperwork, by the time I'm done paying for this car, I will be paying way more than what the car costs. The car only cost $16,000, and I am going to be paying much more than that if I ever finish paying for it. The finance company's lack of willingness to help is leading them to charge people 25% interest rates, which is ridiculous. That is highway robbery, and they know it. They don't care about their customers; all they care about is the money they are taking from us. They are overcharging people, and these are the facts. They can get mad if they want, but they can't take my car because I've been making my car payments of $606 a month, which is extremely hard for me every month. I'm just hanging on by a thread because this finance company doesn't care. I think everyone here who has written a bad review about this finance company should join together and start a massive lawsuit against them for taking advantage of us all and refusing to work with us.

I would never recommend this finance company to anyone! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at this company. Things started out okay, but in the last three months, they have locked my account, and payments could not be made. I did as they requested and had paperwork from my bank sent to them to have my account opened back up. I called yesterday, 12/12, to make a payment and was told my account was frozen again. I am now getting my attorney involved. This place is an absolute joke, and I can't wait to get away from them! They conduct this type of business, lock your account so you can't make a payment on time so they can charge you a bunch of late fees. Buyers beware!

They will add on additional fees after your vehicle is paid off!

I realized after dealing with them that it was better for me to save up the money, then buy a vehicle and have it paid in full. Then I wouldn't be giving away extra money—pretty much three times the amount of what the vehicle is worth. I recommend people look up the Blue Book value before they consider purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. It's a rip-off; just save up your money and buy a vehicle, or get a used vehicle until you can save up enough for a vehicle.

The worst car finance company I've ever dealt with. They never allowed me to make extra payments to go directly to my principal, even when I paid one month ahead of my due date. They will still find a way to charge you even when your account is closed! You can't get ahead with this company. They will financially drain any bit of money they can from their customers. So glad I will never have to deal with them again!
