Worst customer service ever, and they refuse to work with you. I promise it seems they only have one person who answers the phone.

Where do I begin with Global Lending Services? I had an issue with a dealership that paid off my trade-in significantly late, which was preventing me from purchasing my new home, as GLS placed a late mark on my account.
I was already searching for a new home, and the situation stopped me in my process of home ownership.
This company has gone above and beyond to resolve a dealership's mistake for me when, realistically, they didn't need to. They hit the ground running and repaired all issues on my credit report very timely.
Rob Darrow and team, thank you so much for all you did to correct these mistakes for me. As mentioned, I'm in contract now.
I wouldn't listen to all the negative reviews. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much. They deserve a lot more credit for what they do.

Terrible company. I paid my auto loan off the first week of December. I overpaid and they owe me just over $700. It's now December 29th and no refund check. I called them and they are telling me it's their policy that it could take up to 45 days. So they are going to sit on my money.

My ex and I have a car financed through them, and they do not want to work with me on any payments. I offered to pay them a $3,000 lump sum to help me out, but they refuse to assist me one iota. I'm stuck with a $606 monthly car payment on a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage. They should have never financed it in the first place, knowing that my ex and I were on a fixed income. Now that my ex is no longer here, I have tried to get them to work with me because I only receive $967 a month and I have other bills to pay. They do not care; they are a very disgusting finance company, and it makes me sick. If I could do it all over again, I would have never even considered buying this car, especially knowing that this finance company is a disgrace. They don't want to help anyone; all they care about is their greed. According to my paperwork, by the time I'm done paying for this car, I will be paying way more than what the car costs. The car only cost $16,000, and I am going to be paying much more than that if I ever finish paying for it. The finance company's lack of willingness to help is leading them to charge people 25% interest rates, which is ridiculous. That is highway robbery, and they know it. They don't care about their customers; all they care about is the money they are taking from us. They are overcharging people, and these are the facts. They can get mad if they want, but they can't take my car because I've been making my car payments of $606 a month, which is extremely hard for me every month. I'm just hanging on by a thread because this finance company doesn't care. I think everyone here who has written a bad review about this finance company should join together and start a massive lawsuit against them for taking advantage of us all and refusing to work with us.

I would never recommend this finance company to anyone! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at this company. Things started out okay, but in the last three months, they have locked my account, and payments could not be made. I did as they requested and had paperwork from my bank sent to them to have my account opened back up. I called yesterday, 12/12, to make a payment and was told my account was frozen again. I am now getting my attorney involved. This place is an absolute joke, and I can't wait to get away from them! They conduct this type of business, lock your account so you can't make a payment on time so they can charge you a bunch of late fees. Buyers beware!

I realized after dealing with them that it was better for me to save up the money, then buy a vehicle and have it paid in full. Then I wouldn't be giving away extra money—pretty much three times the amount of what the vehicle is worth. I recommend people look up the Blue Book value before they consider purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. It's a rip-off; just save up your money and buy a vehicle, or get a used vehicle until you can save up enough for a vehicle.

The worst car finance company I've ever dealt with. They never allowed me to make extra payments to go directly to my principal, even when I paid one month ahead of my due date. They will still find a way to charge you even when your account is closed! You can't get ahead with this company. They will financially drain any bit of money they can from their customers. So glad I will never have to deal with them again!

I backed out of a deal; the deal was with this company. For whatever reason, my loan was pushed through on a car I never took possession of. I have been battling with this company for 2 years now. They even went as far as to claim payments were made when I have never made a payment. It's horrible. I've retained legal counsel, and when I'm done with them, I pray they shut down!

This company is horrible. If I'm late, they call every day, all day, even if I call them. The interest rate is so high, it seems like I'm never going to stop paying for this car from 2019, and it's now 2025. I want to sue them; I bet they owe me money. I dislike this company intensely.

I've been trying to get my personal property out of my vehicle for three weeks now, and the process has been nothing but a headache. Global Lending Services requires Power of Attorney approval that supposedly takes three days, but here I am, still waiting with no resolution. I understand that when your credit isn't great, financing options can be limited, but please do your research before accepting a loan through this company. The communication and process have been extremely slow and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend GLS unless you've explored every other option first.

Got us financed, yes. Would not work with us in any way once we got behind, but they sure charged us every month for that late fee. We finally got caught up (so we thought) because we were only a month behind, but they said we didn't get caught up even though we made two full payments in one month. Three years of never again.

Global Lending is unfit for business! We addressed our concerns like trusting people. The manager, Tamara Mangle, did not permit the first payment in September to be postponed. The engine light activated in the second week after acquiring the vehicle. We returned it to the dealership, and they changed the oil. However, the engine light came on again. We requested a delay from Global Lending Finance on the 1st pymt until we take the vehicle to a trustworthy mechanic, but they refused. We will seek an attorney for legal advice and contact the Better Business Bureau before our first payment is due. It appears they use unfair tactics.

I did not authorize them to run any checks on me for a car loan. I was advised by a creditor to get an idea of what a payment would be, but I did not authorize him to reach out to these people and different auto insurance, and I am quite upset that I did not ask for this company to run my credit. They initially said I was accepted, and when I did not respond, they sent a letter stating I was denied. However, I do not know who they are and did not authorize them to run this credit report. Very sneaky. I was upset. I should have written them a letter and told them I did not ask for them to run any checks on me. I never took out the loan and did not ask this other company, who said this would not show up as a report anyway, if I did want a loan.

If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give. My daughter financed a car through Global Lending Services. Her car was repossessed, but she bought it back. Several months later, while driving, she was pulled over by law enforcement officers in a nearby city. They told her that her plate was cancelled and impounded her car. She went to the Secretary of State where the representative tried to renew the plate but couldn't. She even attempted to issue a new plate and couldn't. She informed my daughter that it was the finance company that cancelled the plate and that she would have to deal with them. Keep in mind, when she got her vehicle back after the repossession, they assured her she was all good to go. Now, it's been almost a month that her car has been sitting in the impound yard, and Global Lending Services keeps giving my daughter the runaround. My daughter is at her wit's end. She works four hours away from where she lives and needs her vehicle. Meanwhile, I'm sure they expect her to make her car payment, but if she can't get to work, how is she supposed to pay it?
Whatever you do, avoid this incompetent operation at all costs!

Oh yes and they will text you everyday saying to call them that they can help get you back on track. So I called them twice and told them I was cashing out my 80 hours of vacation and they would get two payments from me the upcoming Thursday. They said ok and told me since I had made 6 payments that I can skip one payment. So I said yes that sounds great. So 8 hours before my 2 promised payments a tow truck shows up at my house. I was about 75 days late. With them skipping a payment for me and me making 2 payments my account would have been all caught up. They never went in the system and keyed the skipped payment. So my car got repossessed
