These guys are the bottom feeders for the lending industry, they point out very quickly they don't need you and you need them... They make you jump thru hoops and us scare tactics and very quickly refinance my car loan with a bigger better real company... I recommend a bicycle than use these guys for a car loan...

Beware of this company. They lend you money but the interest rate is high. Customer service is rude. At the end of paying off your car loan, they comes with a lot of different figures, saying you owe so much, then when asked about your car title after paying them off, it’s 3months when it should only take 30 days. Shady business, in broad daylight. They need to be investigated by the government

Normally, I don’t write reviews. Because people tend to only leave reviews when they can’t get their way. However GLS dropped the ball this time. My car payment IS LATE. That’s on me. However I doubled the payment. Their employee neglected to tell me they needed one more payment. Now I’m days before my payday and they are threatening to repossess my care because “the agent you spoke to in February should have told you we needed one more payment. I don’t know why she didn’t tell you. Her not telling you caused all of this”. Only for them to say oh well borrow money cuz we already paid for them to take the car so good luck. This review is for a company who drops the ball them blames the customer. That’s weird.

The interest is a little high for a bank loan and don't seem like the payment are not dropping down after having it almost 3 years

I have had a loan with them for 1 week and they have already called and asked for the same information 4 times. When I told the customer service representative that this is frustrating she laughed at me through the phone. I will never do business with this bank again. And recommend no one uses them. Very unprofessional unorganized and disrespectful

Poor customer service is an understatement. Didn’t realize my wife paid $50 less than the $401 monthly payment due one month. Reported the payment as 30 days late. As soon as I saw the 30 day late, I paid the next month plus the outstanding $50. Called and begged for forgiveness and asked for them to reverse the 30 day late report. Said it wasn’t their problem. Knocked my credit score down 54 points for $50. Will never finance a car with them again.
