This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever seen. I sent my mother $1000 via Zelle and her account is declining her transactions. It's the weekend, and you have no one available to assist her until Monday. Therefore, my mom has to go without any money because your bank doesn't offer 24/7 customer support. A heads-up to anyone out there: If you decide to bank with Grandbank, just know that if your card declines or has a block on Friday evening, you're basically out of your money until Monday morning. Horrible bank.

Horrible bank. The representatives absolutely don't know what they're doing, and they don't respond to emails for weeks. Then, when they do, it's no help whatsoever.
