Grand Island Community Federal Credit Union

I've been a member for a little over a year and I've had absolutely no problems with Grand Island Community credit union. Creating my account was very very easy and was done in a single visit to my local branch. In regard to features, it's about the same as every other credit union, but it has a lot of advantages compared to local banks, such as:

1) No monthly fees whatsoever.
2) No debit card fees whatsoever.
3) No late fees whatsoever.

It's also up-to-date, and has online payments/bills for those who prefer it, like me. I unfortunately don’t have much experience with their other services, such as loans, but I'd assume it's very dependable as well.

I had a single issue with a check that returned by error, but they quickly resolved it and were very apologetic about it. I wasn't thrown around at all; I was treated with respect and they did not blame me at all, unlike what happened in the past with large banks.

What more can I really say? For the services I use it's perfectly fine. It saves me a monthly deposit minimum, an account minimum, there are no fees to worry about, and the ATMs are plenty. They do everything I want them to do. Overall, a 5-star experience on my part and I'm sure it'll be for anyone else who joins!
