Their customer service is definitely lacking experienced agents. They lack some subscription choices, so I would not recommend it at all.

Inconsistent reporting. It’s 11/20/23 my account hasn’t been reported since mid Sept. 2023 and I’ve sent them several emails about updating it properly still nothing.

Grow credit really cares. I appreciate that this app is looking out for people and their future. If you have bad or no credit, it will provide challenges when you want to rent an apt, open up a bank account or credit card, buy a car or one day purchase a home. A Macy's card won't cut it. I wish I had this when I was starting out in college and just making my way up the financial ladder. Brilliant idea to earn credit with subscriptions I am already committed to like Netflix. Building credit has never been easier! I’m sending this to all the youngsters I know so they can help secure a successful future at least in credit.
