Can't even access the site or the correct page of this account anywhere on the web, nor on the Credit Karma website or app. It's a rip-off and should be written off. I haven't used any money from it; I've just paid into it, and it's showing negatively on my credit report, preventing me from having an outstanding report.

They loaned me $3000 of which I only received $750. The rest I was supposed to get once I "paid into the loan". So Instead of treating my payments as savings deposits they treat it like loan payments to a loan I only get once I've paid it off already. How is that any different then paying my own funds into a savings account and then getting my own money back once I reach my goal. Instead they charge me interest and when I lost my job reported that I defaulted on a $3000 loan when I only got $750. I see what they're trying to do but they're not doing it in a way that benefits me instead it hurt me since I had already paid them back the portion of the loan they gave me. Only after I disputed all of this with TransUnion did they change the entry from Derogatory to im not even sure what now. All while they have $2000 they claimed to have lent me never leave their hands. I don't think they are a bad company but they need to refine they're logic. If I stopped making payments to a loan I never received they have $2000 collateral to draw from so what are they doing on my credit report to begin with?? Just because I never received it doesn't mean they didnt disperse it to me as a loan. Technically they owe me money! I will update this once they reach out to me and explain what happens now.

I would not trust this company. I went through a bankruptcy that finalized October 2021. They sent me an email in January 2023 stating that I was going to receive my savings back that was attached to my loan that was forgiven due to the bankruptcy. The bank that was supposed to send the check collapsed in March 2023 and never sent the check. I have reached out to SeedFi multiple times to get this resolved and they only tell me that it has been escalated to management and they will get back to me. They won't let me speak to anyone in management. It's been about a month since the last time I called them and I still have not heard anything.

Had a credit builder account that I have been paying into for a year that is going to be closed because Credit Karma "acquired" them and now I have to reapply through credit karma to try and get another credit builder account and have another pull on my credit. This is absolutely absurd that customers of SeedFi have to be punished because they decided to go with a bigger company. And the agents I spoke to today, BOTH, had no idea about that email and got snooty about the situation. DO NOT go with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone as I now have 0 trust in them. If they're going to do this, who knows what they will pull in the future. Go with CreditStrong.

Incredibly disappointed at the company that Seedfi. I've never missed a payment everything has been above board I had great service with them directly but then they sold my loan to an irreputable company. They also closed the loan I had with them which danged my credit. They promote themselves as being a company that wants to help people build their credit and then they do this? The new process with the new company are not the terms that I agree to. I cannot believe that this is legal the fact that they are not giving me the product that I purchased from them directly but are instead using a substandard subpar and sketchy company to process the remaining payments on my loan. I'm in good standing with them and there's no reason for them to do this to me

I love seedfi their very helpful ,knowledgeable and customer service is a plus you make monthly payments and it's reported to all the 3 major credit bureaus

It raised my score by a little but it does what it says. You get money put in every paycheck which is by autopay, super easy, and you get to choose how much. After $500 it gets sent back you every single time you get there. Good option if you are looking for long term help and you don’t mind getting a couple of dollars taken out every pay check. Definitely worth it! Will be receiving my money in no time!

It’s been a good tool for my credit. With easy pay options and a way to forcibly make me save it has been the most beneficial app of 2022

I have been paying not reporting my payments at all I have made three payments . They need to report it I’m still waiting on it to show

They hold.my cash this is not a loan it's a savings account program which is backed by a insured bank FDIC this is a program that offers 0 percent and I get 3% on savings

Great online company working with Credit Karma to build your credit. Offers you small loans that you can use in your savings and when you pay yourself back it build your credit.

My SeedFi Installment Loan really helped my credit score. By the end of my term, I will have about $700 in my savings that I can use. I was skeptical at 1st, but I'm one payment away from completion.

So far so good I've only been using seedfi for about 3 months I haven't seen much improvement to my score yet (it has improved by around three points) but I have managed to save nearly $300

Helps build my credit :) which being single mother of three and with low income anything helps especially these days. Fortunately it acts as a debit card too highly recommended
