I have a checking account with them and setup was pretty simple. I sat down with the manager and filled out some simple paper work. I had an account and routing number the very same day. I believe the account type I chose requires me to keep a $500 minimum balance, but I've gone under that number on several occasions and they have never charged any fees.
The internet banking platform is very straightforward and I've never had a problem paying all my bills online.
Once or twice the online banking portal has gone down, but their customer service is very quick to answer my emails and get me access to my account.
Even though I now live in Chicago, I've kept the same bank (3 hours down south) just because they are that good. Morton Community Bank's personalized hometown service has won me over completely and I'll be with them forever.
