They have been good to me except this last mistake that is hurting my credit score A couple of months back they had switched out their computer systems. And when they did they forgot to take out my truck payment. And that's what hurt my credit score I have made them aware of it and they were going to take care of it

Hudson River is a great place to get a loan, HRCCU can help with all your banking needs. How ever if you have a loan through HRCCU and have a hardship they will only help you with paying one payment for your loan.

I love how easy it was to get pre approved for my car loan. There weren’t a huge amount of hits to my credit and there wasn’t any haggling. I knew my interest rate and how much I could spend without further hits to my credit. There is no penalty for early payoff and my banking staff is readily available.

they where very helpful and understanding my loan needs and helped me to build my credit, and gave me reasonable loan payment to pay my loan back to them and with a low interest rate. there customer service was excellent and understanding also very helpful in my needs I would sincerely like to thank them for everything the did for me.
