Their interest rate is extremely too high for someone who got a 750 credit score or above

Very quickly added late payments while I was hospitalized, taking months to show the loan was paid off.

We have never regretted any decision more in our lives than going with this bank for our construction loan and mortgage. After COVID, supply chain issues, inflation, and inconsistent contractors, of course our construction has gone longer than anticipated. Every MONTH over schedule, the bank is charging US over $1,500 in fees even though we have zero control over any of it. They also take their sweet time paying our contractor for draws, extending the timeline further, then charging us for delays they’ve caused! Their customer service is abysmal, and they obviously don’t care at all about their clients.

By the way, those fees don’t pay for anything towards your mortgage, interest, or taxes. So if you feel like throwing your hard-earned money into a hole, then this bank is for you. It’s criminal how they’ve treated us, and I wish more than anything we had the money to get out from under their thumb. Please don’t make the same mistake as we did! No matter how great the interest rates look or how nice the broker seems to be, DON’T DO IT!

Low class operation, they actually seem (and talk) as if they are illiterate. They cannot get anything right so I paid them off and would never do business with again...you shouldn't either.
