Interra Credit Union Reviews
What's Your Rating?
I went with this credit union because I had a car loan through them. It seems as soon as I paid my car loan off everything went downhill. Debit cards dont work, I get shorted money from the teller after waiting an hour in the drive-thru, online banking rarely works anymore. When it does work it wants to know my phone number that I've updated multiple times for them to not update their system. I got a new debit card and they forgot to give me the verification phone number for to call and activate it. I called them and they couldn't verify who they were speaking to so I had to go back to the bank and wait for hours in the drive-thru for them to tell me to pull around and they have me come in to activate it. I'm looking to move my accounts ASAP.
If I could give them negative stars, I would.
This credit union is all about screwing a person for as much as they can. My finances are in shambles because of their $400 in overdraft fees over the past month. My paycheck is direct deposited on Wednesdays, but they will not acknowledge the funds as credible until Friday, even though it clearly shows on the site that they are there. They won't cover you 50 cents if need be but quickly charge you $32. It's legal robbery. I paid my car payment online late last night, Sunday. I was short $47, but was going to be there 8:30 sharp this morning when they opened to deposit the money. But in the middle of the night they got me for $32 again and didn't pay my car payment, so now I'm unable to pay it. It's funny how they wait two days to say my direct deposit is good yet process a transaction in the middle of the night to ensure they get another $32 from me. They are crooks.
