Yeah, this institution is deeply flawed. Customer service is lackluster, and there isn't any urgency to prioritize the convenience of the customer. To have your account for the first 6 months and then not have it fully operational like regular accounts until the following month, all because "the system" doesn't reboot until the following month, is ludicrous. The agents and the team are not equipped.

I'm still trying to get the accounting of my savings and checking account from iThink Financial Credit Union on US 1 in Vero Beach, Florida. Assistant Manager, Ms. Betsy Perez, stated that she would send me the information on Wednesday. She emailed it, alright, encrypted so that I could only open it if I downloaded it. As I no longer consider iThink Financial Credit Union a trusted source, I cannot view it. I tried logging into my online account for the first time in several days. They still have me locked out from my financial information online, as my username and password no longer provide access to my accounts.

If you value your rights as a consumer in Florida, steer clear of this unscrupulous financial institution.
Especially stay away from their branch on US 1 in Vero Beach, managed by Jody Kisler, Assistant Manager Betsy Perez. There are more false statements at every turn.
I am 66 years old and disabled. iThink Financial Credit Union is preventing me access to my own financial information.
After days and days of this, preventing me from getting information about my own finances, I just need my final accounting so I can be done with the unhelpful employees at that branch.
I'm about to contact iThink Financial again today. I'm interested to see what kind of new falsehoods they have to tell today!
I am also filing a complaint with the American with Disabilities Act, which addresses discrimination against the disabled.

It doesn't have multipliers but the credit union makes for it in other ways. 0% interest or low apr on other products. By combining your banking needs you get a better rate

I have been a member of the IBM Southeast EFCU for over twenty years. I have had a wonderful experience with this credit union. Recently I needed to purchase a used car and decided to go to the credit union for a car loan. The process was very smooth - I was able to do the initial paperwork over the computer. Once I purchased the car, the rest of the paperwork went great. The loan amount is deducted from my checking account each month, making my life simpler. I have nothing but great things to say about the IBM Southeast EFCU and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

This one of the best credit unions out there I have been with them since 2004 and through my saving accounts have gotten very competitive rates and also gotten very customer service. They have always resolved my issues promptly. I also bought my first truck through their car loan program back then and it was with one of the best rates out there. The employees were very helpful and explained all the necessary detail and crucial information on terms. All my family have at least one account with them. Showing how great they have been in serving my family.

Whenever needed, I can always count on prompt, courteous, and professional support from the member services staff. They are very knowledgeable and have always advised me on the best solutions for my banking needs. I have recently been subject to a fraudulent business practice by a travel agency. The fraud prevention team worked closely with me to properly identify the merchant behavior and collect evidence of the fraudulent situation to dispute the improper charges. The local member services team is a major differentiator offered by IBM Southeast EFCU and it is one of the main reasons for my loyalty as a member for all this time.
