Verified CustomerI love JD Bank! I do wish that you could make deposits at the ATM machine, however. All the folks that I have encountered at JD Bank have been very, very pleasant to work with.

Personal service...in a day and age where almost everything is automated, it's good to talk to a REAL human being once in a while. Here, as long as you call during operating hours, you will get to talk to a human and not some machine. I like calling and being able to talk to a human being.
While some banks may have longer hours, the lobby here is open until 5, and the drive through until 6. The ATM is of course 24 hours! They do offer online banking which allows the checking of balances, review and printing of documents, online bill pay, plus other things I have yet to use and have even more recently gotten into the arena of mobile banking (which I have not yet used.)
The people here are friendly, and get to know the customers on a personal level.
