They make it very inconvenient to set up auto payments. To verify your bank, you have to wait days until they deposit two small payments, and you only have a short window to verify those deposits before they "expire". If you miss the window, you will have to restart the whole process over the phone and possibly miss out on paying on time.

Worst bank. You can't pay online; you can't pay through the bank's website. Their employees are not helpful, and the customer service is horrible. Any other service company's employees would be fired for speaking to customers horribly over the phone. If a dealership suggests them, tell them no!

A hometown bank. Very friendly, and easy to do business with. When I call I always get to talk with an actual person. Very knowledgeable .

If I could give zero stars I would. JBT has terrible liers working for them. Especially, in the loan/debt collection dept. Selling a house isn't easy, isn't fun, just pure headaches. Trying to help someone purchase your house by paying it forward didn't help me at all. Oh, they got the house, JBT got their money, what did I get? My credit score lowered, because JBT needed to report that the last month of payments was not only late, but missed. Even though we were working together, JBT had given the payoff amounts and had a payoff date, didn't matter. We settled on the last day of the month, but the buyers closing company didn't send the money untill 3 days later. So on the 2nd day, right before JBT gets paid, I get reported. Dropping my score. Did JBT know what was going on with the process in selling the house? Yes. Did the collections person state that the payment being late was fine because of selling the house and having a payoff amount that includes the missed payment? Yes. Was it really fine and did you lie JBT? Yes! So, thanks alot JBT. You are liers and are not a family friendly bank. You do not care for the hard working people like you claim. You do not work with your customers. You got paid. The buyer got the house. I got nothing but a lowered credit score from you. You became a horrible company. People go somewhere else!

This bank is pure poison . They take advantage of people building credit with high interest rates followed with poor customer care . I’m looking forward to settling loan and never having anything to do with this bank ever .

I have had a savings account with Jonestown bank and trust for about a year and a half now. My experience with this company so far has been extremely good. I have had great customer service every time that I have been to the local branches. When I first had gone in to open up a savings account they explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood everything. If I had questions the answered them without any problems and they still do. In my experience with the company they really make an effort to get to know you and when I go into the branch they seem to remember me. I am very satisfied with my savings account. This is my first savings account I have had and they made the process easy for me.

Jonestown Bank has served as my primary Bank for most of my life. I love having my accounts in a Bank that is local. The employees and management of Jonestown Bank are involved in my community and so I know that they care about the customers who walk through their doors. I have never called the bank and not had my questions answered or my banking problems resolved. The Bank is filled with friendly people who are very knowledgeable. Having a lender that I believe I can trust is more important to me that the "bells and whistles" that large national banks offer. Every time I see another national bank bought out by another larger national bank, I am grateful to have Jonestown Bank in my backyard.
