I have been with this credit union for a few `months now and I completely happy with my choice. The process was very easy and the customer service it great. Terms are disclosed with confidence and thoroughly. I would recommend anyone to bank here. I am thinking of taking out a loan to purchase a vehicle. I will come back and review if so. I also have a saving account, my children have The Kids Club accounts which you can open with $5 and must get to $25 within a month, Then my favorite option of all Holiday Club. You set a certain amount to be direct deposited each pay period into the account.

Like another reviewer here, I too used KC Credit Union briefly during college. College can be very expensive, even in Kansas City. I was able to get by using a loan from the Kansas City Credit Union. Their customer service is excellent. Any problems I ever had were taken care of fast and effectively. I was even late on a payment once and they were able to wave the fee after hearing that I was a student.

I highly recommend this organization to anyone considering a personal loan in Kansas City. This is a company you can trust to treat you right.
