As the description says, these credit unions are for people and their philosophy is people
helping people. As simple and straight as it can get! They are not for profit and they
state that not only on books but also in character.. Their disclosures are straight and
clear as they have nothing to hide and customer service is simply the best. However, I do
find that the employees and representatives are not on par at intelligence with other
credit unions thereby taking a bit longer to address issues, but that's tolerable. Its a
fantastic card to have and a loyal place to be!
