I have had my long term savings at this bank for over 25 years, and have always enjoyed the service I have received there. I always get quick answers to loan questions, and a complete explanation to all questions asked. I have no trouble banking from far away, and always mail in my checks with no issues. I never fail to receive a statement every month with a small smiley face drawn on the envelope.
