I called to inquire about submitting a surgical claim for the first time in 46 years. The agent was rude, couldn't tell me if my procedure was included, and then sent me the wrong rider. She then sent me a follow-up email that told me to ignore the (incorrect rider); my policy had been terminated. What! I asked why? When? A few days later, I heard back, and they said it was a mistake - they consolidated my policies and had it under a different number. Not a great experience, and I'll believe it when I actually receive any money.

They are a scam! They say they will cover you, but then cancel the policy later and not pay out! Yes, they gave us our money back, but now mom is sicker and can't get covered now! Complete rip-off!

No one follows through, especially my agent who is unhelpful. He can't even remember what day it is. I have four policies, and I cannot even get online to view anything because, as I was informed by another indifferent person, the online portal has been suspended without any reason given. I am trying to have things in order for my daughter and have all four contained in a vinyl sleeve to make it easy for her to recognize what they are. Well, I was able to have the first two policies presented to me that way, the third from the main office, and I cannot get my hands on the fourth. It has only been six months since I started asking my forgetful agent, who just does not remember anything. Such a simple task and no one can follow through. The agent changed the withdrawal date on my last policy for some unknown reason and never explained why. The premiums come out at different times every month. When you call in, it's a shot in the dark whether you resolve anything. I wish I had never listened to the agent. He said it was saving me money. Gee, thanks.

They took two premiums from my account earlier and before they were supposed to. I called, and they were rude, saying they make mistakes sometimes. This really put me in a bind. I think they did this on purpose. Do not get one of their policies.

Very slow to act, still waiting on a business transaction, so I will resend my last review for now, still waiting to see. I placed a review of one star maybe prematurely, I will return to either clear this up or verify/clarify this.

Great company to deal with they are quick and efficient when it came to processing the claims for my family members all my family has a policy through them

Great company and they pay on time and treat you like family when you call in. I recommend this company for anyone’s family looking for a policy

KSKJ appears to be taking advantage of their clients. If I receive information confirming that, rest assured, I will go out of my way to promote as much negative publicity as possible about this company. If someone at KSKJ is able to provide the supporting documentation I have asked many times for indicating who the beneficiaries are on our mothers policy along with the amounts they will be receiving, I will apologize and go away. As of right now it looks like the entire KSKJ organization is a scam taking advantage of a system they created. How sad for people who put their trust and money in your company.

Your company is obviously a scam. I spoke to the the funeral home earlier and they still have not received payment. You STATED all checks went out the same day (2 weeks ago). The funeral home is four miles from my house so they should have received payment as well. I will reach out to an attorney for advice. Insurance companies have entirely too much power which is sad. What happened to helping the customer? You have made my mother's passing even more horrific. If that is your company's goal, congratulations, you should be up for a promotion.

SLow to re-act to customer request to withdraw and transfer money from an account that I own. They have caused me to lose a 4.1% rate on an annuity with another company because they would not move the money in a timely fashion. They have forgotten that it is MY MONEY, and NOT THEIRS.
