Maine Savings Federal Credit Union Reviews
What's Your Rating?
Their technology is very poor, their processes are bad, and a customer-focused attitude is completely nonexistent. I've spent hours on the phone with them to no avail. After moving all my accounts elsewhere and asking other institutions about several situations, I was told I should report Maine Savings to the Better Business Bureau.
Again - highly recommend not using this bank.
You have to also open a savings account to have a checking account, but the minimum balance for the savings account is only $5. No minimum balance for the checking account and never any fees on the free checking.
