I want to thank Bob Lapointe for everything he has done for my family and I. Before I was referred to Bob I was going from lender to lender. Most lenders to tell me "your pre-approved " but when it come down to putting in the hard work they would turn me away. When I was referred to Bob. He answered my call right away. He took a detail intake and started working on my case. Bob worked day and night. He took his time. He ensure we had everything needed before submitting anything to the underwriters. I have never met some one who would take my calls at anything day/night even the weekends. One day I had him on the phone for 2 hours going over my case and explaining the process of where I stood and where I was going. While working with Bob I never felt worried or nervous. I knew I was in great hands. Bob proced himself over and over. He was patient, passionate and understanding. You can see Bob definitely put his all into what he does. Bob Lapointe thank you for all you have done for my family and I. You got us to the finish line and because of that I'm in my forever home. To anyone looking for a lender please go contact Bob.

Do not use this company. We are currently working with them on a buyer's loan and they are not the primary reason that the buyers are in default due to the fact that they have decided they can able to pull closing dates out of their butts regardless of having very clear dates and deadlines. If this is how they operate, we will never work with this company again.

My family and I were living in an extremely toxic and unsafe environment. I was referred to KANDIS PALMER of PALMER PROPERIES by a friend. I briefly explained my situation to Kandis; she promptly and happily took me on as a client. She introduced me to JASON C. of MOVEMENT MORTGAGE. My family needed to move immediately, so I also briefly explained my situation to Jason; he also promptly and happily took me on as a client. During the process, Jason introduced me to SHELBY H. of MOVEMENT MORTGAGE. My family and I worked in harmony with Kandis, Jason and Shelby. They were all always readily available, answered our questions, calmed our nerves (I hadn’t bought a house in 20+ years & this was my son’s first home purchase) and were so incredibly pleasant to work with. I know how long the typical process to find and purchase a home takes. KANDIS, JASON and SHELBY absolutely moved mountains for me and my family, they exceeded my expectations in ways that I cannot put into words. I still get emotional thinking about these incredible people and how they saved me and my family! I don’t use the word hero lightly, but KANDIS, JASON and SHELBY are my personal heroes! They have me and my family as clients FOR LIFE!!!

I have many , many mortgages over the years. I have never , ever had issues I have this company. First, went thru world war 3 over my Flood Insurance issues. Finally got that straighten out, now they have instituted "reminder emails" to let you know you are "past Due" which I was not. I have till the 16th of the month. Today is the 13th, and they decided I needed an email to harass me. I am on auto pay, have been for inception thru my bank. The real thing they want to have me do for them is be on THEIR system of payments, not mine and not my bank account. Do not know when I have been so upset. I get junk mail very day and now my mortgage company is emailing me PAST DUE. You are luck to get thru on phone, as they want you to get on list to be paid back so they can pick the time that is convenient for THEM. Meeting with broker this week to discuss wisdom of paying this damn mortgage off. I have and 818-828 credit score. I have never been late with a payment, perhaps 2 years is not a long enough trial with them.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. FORTUNATELY, I GOT A VERY LOW RATE 2 YEARS AGO AS EVERYONE WAS OFFERING , NOT JUST THESE PEOPLE. MAYBE THEY WANT TO BE RID OF ME SINCE THE MONEY IS SO CHEAP IN LIGHT OF PRESENT RATES. TOUGH.

Incompetent. Movement Mortgage could not process my Bank of America auto payments. It took them over a month and several calls for them to process the first payment and now, after their incompetence of not finding the last two, they initiated foreclosure on my home. In the 40 years and 4 homes I have financed, I have never delt with such a horrifically incompetent lender.

Avoid this company at all cost. Rushed dead lines to get everything done. Asking for information that is not required. Days before closing they tell you inspections didn’t past. And want the buyer to fork out money for repairs the seller should do.

AVOID this company! Numerous different people asking repeatedly for duplicate documentation. Rushed timelines to get things back to them (that they already have) and to sign documents for them but no time for phone calls or to explain any of the paperwork they are so eager for you to sign. Told my co-borrower flat-out wrong information on numerous occasions and then backtracked when called out. Asked them to speak with us together multiple times to avoid any misunderstanding or miscommunications and they continued to pester her without looping me in. I never leave bad reviews because I know how important they are to businesses, but the experience we had was inexcusable and closing cost us $10k more than it should have because they couldn't be bothered to go through any paperwork with us.

Be prepared for delays. It took nearly 4 months to close thanks to Movement's inability to follow the process. The loan officer was rude and mocked me on occasion. Bob Camp has a tendency to talk down to people. Movement will nickel and dime you on closing costs and will not follow through on promises made.

Do not trust their loan estimate. My costs grew by more than 10k from the beginning of the loan to closing.

This will ask for information that you provided during the application process, and then they will ask for it again later. The website is cumbersome to say the least, there is no direct link to log in to upload documents to a secure server, instead you basically have to start a new application before you can log in.

Communication with them is slow, expect to wait a day or more to get a response. They will hound you however if they are waiting for something from you.

Don't enter into business with this company expecting to be treated like a customer, you're a number and an inconvenience to them.

I was able to finally close on my house, with movement, but boy, do I regret it.

Never again.
