I was hesitant in opening a checking account here since I was so happy at my regular bank. Smaller banks and credit unions tend to not be as accessible as I like them to be. But I was pleasantly surprised by all the features and perks this bank offered. The staff was very helpful and courteous when I asked about a hundred questions. The interest rate on my savings account was comparable to most of the other banks. What I really liked was the feeling that I was important to them, each and every time I entered my local branch I was greeted by name and any issues I had were handled promptly by a real person.
