Arrowpointe Federal Credit Union has the best customer service I have ever received. When I went up there to create an account. The employees were so helpful and friendly and they make sure I got exactly what I wanted.My best interest was at their heart. So they made sure I was very comfortable.

I have been with Arrowpointe Federal Credit Union for the past three years. Their service has always been exceptional with each visit from me. As a small business owner, I was able to get a loan that was enough given my mediocre credit rating. The application process for it was much quicker than I expected. I was approved with the money I needed along with our agreement in full disclosure and in a way that makes perfect sense as someone who does not know much of business lingos. I am forever grateful to this credit union for giving me the opportunity I needed to start my business and resolving any problems we may have had along the way.

I am always pleased to work with Arrowpointe Federal Credit Union. Their staff is always friendly and supportive when I call to do business with them. I have a new Harley chopper and I had some modifications I was working on that were quite expensive. I decided Arrowpointe had my best interests in mind after reading other rave reviews. I initially had many questions about whether it was worth the risk, and of my questions were answered thoroughly. I came home happy to my family and I got the loan. I highly recommend Arrowpointe Federal Credit Union for their supportive staff and open minded business colleagues.

I am an upcoming business owner and I applied for a personal loan through Arrowpointe Federal Credit Union and after explaining the purpose of this loan and showing my business plans, they said they would get back to me in a few hours because the head supervisor wasn't in the building. I received a call from the supervisor himself afterwards and asked me if it was okay to come in so we could talk about my personal loan, so I did. I would basically have to pay $250 a month for the loan I took out, which wasn't so bad. They liked my business plan and they also really took the time to get to know me and what my goals are for this business so I felt very assured in their company.

I signed up for Arrowpointe a few weeks ago, just after starting my new job. As a student, I had been browsing around for a student loan that caters to my income and Arrowpointe was able to give me a percentage rate that doesn't drain my pocket. The loan processor was incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping me figure out what works and what doesn't, as a student. I had been on other banks, and some of them weren't so friendly compared to Arrowpointe. After my visit here, I recommended my loan processor to my friends who are recently trying to find student loans that fits their income level.

Overall, I have had success with this bank. Opening a checking account with this institution is super easy, and the terms of service are clearly explained by the banker opening your account. There is a low monthly fee to open a checking account, and included in the price is 24 hour live customer assistance. Issues tend to take a little while to resolve, but I hardly ever have any issues with them anyway.

i opened up an account here fr my student loans. It was very easy to set it up with them both they and my school helped walk me right through it. They worked with me when i lost my job and had to stop my payments for a few months they worked out a deal instead of trying to screw me over. overall i am very pleased with their kind service.

I originally came to arrowhead due in part to a recommendation from a friend, as she received a loan from them that had a great rate. Having relatively new credit history (2 years!), I didn't think that I'd get a very good rate with them. But lo and behold, after visiting a local branch, I was eligible for a car loan with a rate that I was more than elated with! I was able to get my car and am now currently paying $220/month for my vehicle all together as of today. Thank you so much Arrowpointe for helping me through my endeavors!

I love working with this credit union. The people are so friendly and help. When it came time to find some money for a project I was working on, I decided to go to my local credit union and ask for the money. I had many questions on how I was going to get the money and how the whole process worked. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and I left with the confidence I would receive the loan.
