They approved me to make monthly payments, but the bank refuses to take the money out of my account, even though there’s plenty of money in the account.

They will bounce you for the SMALLEST changes and show no mercy :) about to switch to Chime! I have to have more characters so lemme just say f*ck this sh!t

This bank is phenomenal. I absolutely love working with the credit union. They are flexible and great to work with. They have affordable rates (usually no fees on accounts either) and they produce decent interest for a credit union. I love being part of this bank because it is like being part of a .small little family. Everybody is always so friendly when I walk in and I really feel valued there as a customer. I have both savings and checking accounts through this bank and literlaly closed all my accounts at my other banks because this one was clearly the best. I would recommend to anyone!

We have been members of this credit union since it was Kastco. We were very happy at first, but the service in the last few years went downhill dramatically. If we have problems, the credit union is not interested in helping us.We had an issue with our debit card being charged without out knowledge and the credit union basically told us "too bad". It was eventually straightened out, but the attitude of the Omni employees was less than stellar. About two years ago, we decided to switch most of our everyday transactions to a different bank. As I was withdrawing most of the money from my checking account, the teller at Omni asked why. When I told her we were switching banks, she told me "Good luck with that." in a very sarcastic tone. When I asked her what she meant, she simply said, "I haven't heard good things about their practices." She would not elaborate. We have not had one problem with our new bank, and they have been more than wonderful to us, so it seems that the teller was just trying to get people to not use the other bank by implying wrongdoing on their part. Very low Omni, very low.

Omni Community Credit Union is a great credit union that provides the hometown feel with the latest technology. The credit union offers an android app to track account balances and transactions. You can also submit transfers between accounts use the app

Staff has been friendly and courteous with each visit. They learn the names of their customers and even begin to learn what you need before you get up to the counter. They do a great job offering services that are applicable to my life at this point in time.

Omni also has a great program that rewards savings for kids. My kids love bringing in their money to the counter almost as much as they love buying toys.
