The staff are great and the rates are some of the best locally. I had issues with their app crashing and not allowing me to sign in . That issue resolved after a couple weeks.Otherwise very much recommended.
*Update* Messaged member service via the app asking about converting my account to a trust and they responded saying the branch manager would call me. When that didn’t happen for 2 weeks I called the branch and a service rep said she’d have her call me. 2 more weeks went by and now I don’t think this is the best place to store funds in a trust anyway.
Peninsula refuses to allow me to link the account to PayPal or Plaid which makes moving money in a modern , convenient manner nearly impossible. Peninsula seems to post transactions manually with a preference for debits before credits.
It’s pretty frustrating having to fight to build a relationship and access your funds online leading me to explore other checking options
