I recently opened a secondary checking account at People's Alliance and I couldn't be happier. When I went to the branch, the customer service reps were very helpful. After opening my account, they talked to me about other ways to save me money. They were completely honest and didn't put any pressure on me. They have branches in New York and in Florida. As I spend a lot of time in Florida, this is perfect for me. They offer a wide array of online banking tools. I love the finance management tool. It ensures that my bills are paid on time and even analyzes my spending habits. I highly recommend them.

I decided to turn to a credit union after my bank started charging more ridiculous fees for what seemed like very bad service. I turned to People's Alliance FCU because it was the credit union that my job offered. I had not dealt with a credit union before and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by People's Alliance. This credit union had very helpful representatives. They were patient and kind. They really helped me make the adjustment from bank to credit union easy and I appreciate that. When I go to a branch, the workers are always pleasant and nice. The advisers here are better than any of the advisers I worked with at my major bank. They want to help you with your finances and really seem to look out for the customer rather than themselves. I would recommend this credit union to anyone who was interested in choosing one.

I have been a longstanding member of the People's Alliance Federal Credit Union. I can say without fail that this is one of the top credit unions near me. The application/account opening process is very easy, although it takes a little bit of time (remember it’s a very small credit union). From there, everything works smoothly. Online access, bill pay, direct deposit, you name it, they've got it covered. One of the best benefits that I've found is that they offer a number of credit building programs to their members, such as secured loans, secured credit cards, and many more. I really needed this help from them and found everything I could hope for. Thumbs way up.
