Perpay Reviews
What's Your Rating?
I had one customer service issue with them, and the agent was both unpleasant and incapable of handling the problem. After putting the issue on paper and mailing it in, I did receive a resolution, but all that was way unnecessary and cumbersome. Bottom line: not for me, but some people like it, so I just say be aware of the potential negatives.
I'm happy with perpay and their service and will continue to use the service and I'd tell anyone I know about it they are great to work with
