They lost my deposit. I deposited a check a couple of nights ago at an ATM. The check is not in their records; they had no record of it, even though the ATM showed my new balance and gave me a printed receipt after it accepted my check. And now they're trying to find it. I'd think it was in their ATM. What bank loses deposits? That's horrible business, especially for a bank's ATM. I researched Pioneer and saw they have a bad reputation for faulty technology, especially with ATMs. Just terrible.

I deposited a large sum retirement check issued by my Financial Investment Company into my personal checking account. Two days later I attempted to perform a transfer the amount of the retirement check plus some addition funds from my checking acct. to my savings, but the transfer was not allowed because the initial check from the Financial Investment Company has not cleared. This is BS as I was not trying to withdraw any funds from either of my accounts, I only wanted to transfer funds from my checking account to my saving account. I've noticed over the past few years that Pioneer Bank in Las Cruces is become more and more customer services unfriendly. They need to change their frame of thinking, or I will soon move somewhere else.
