I've been a customer for 37 years, and they wouldn't cash a small cashier's check for me. Cashier's checks are guaranteed funds, and people pay a fee to generate a cashier's check to prove to everyone that the funds are good. This bank cares nothing about customer service. Take your business and go to a real bank.

Point Breeze Credit Union is the only bank that I know whose bank cards don't have the tap feature, which is better for you as a member because hackers can't access your information. Point Breeze needs to switch if they say they care about their members!

My name is Andrew Mann I opened a checking, saveing, and credit account with these losers. I think they may be in trouble with this one. After opp. out of over draft on there page on the web, and i do have a copy saved to my computer! I was told on the phone that they was going to pay my over drafts if I wanted them to or not. And i will have to pay the $30. fee This credit union is tryng to take advantage of people in these trying times my number is 4438238319 They gave me $400.00 credit When other places gave me $500.00 to $1000.00. And there customer service really bad. After my experience with this place I dont think I will ever use a credit union again.

Point breeze was recommended to me by a salesman at the local motorcycle shop. I needed a loan for purchase of new motorcycle. Even with my minimal income they approved my loan at a fantastic interest rate. It cost me only 5$ to be a member. A few years later I got a loan for a new truck. Loan officers are very good at helping you work out financing at great interest rates. I would not consider going anywhere else.

Point Breeze Credit Union no longer provides timely customer service and state- of-the art banking systems. I have been a member of PBCU for 50 years, dating back to its location at Western Electric on Broening Highway. But for the last two years, service has sadly deteriorated. Late last year, when I attempted to have funds wired to an account at SECU, even though I had a telephone wire authorization on file, I was put on hold for ten minutes. Why? Because the PBCU rep had to physically pull the authorization from the paper file in Accounting. Then I was required to provide the complete address of the SECU branch, its phone number, the address of the beneficiary and the beneficiary's address, when SECU only requires the bank name, routing number, beneficiary's name and account number. This happened four different times!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Point Breeze Credit Union. They have many branches including one walking distance from my house. I got into a bind last year, and with my credit I didn't think anyone would qualify me for a loan. Point Breeze helped me out by loaning me the amount I needed with a GREAT interest rate. This helped me get my life back on track. The process for getting an account was really easy and the customer service at this location is second to none. The employees of this credit union seem like they really want to help you and care about your concerns, and I didn't get this feeling at any regular bank. Coming to Point Breeze was one of the best financial decisions I have ever made, and I highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking for a financial institution that truly cares about your future.

I became a member of Point Breeze at the recommendation of a friend, and was thrilled with how easy the process was. I was also pleased to be eligible for the “refer a friend” program and he and I each received $10.00 for me joining! Everyone at the Hunt Valley branch has been super helpful and nice as I have begun to use the services. I am primarily interested in a checking account, and all of the options were thoroughly explained to me so that I was able to easily choose the best option for my situation. I look forward to doing more business with Point Breeze in the future!
