If you are approaching a bank or a credit union for depositing some money, the response you will receive will be awesome. But at the same time if you go there for a loan the response you will receive will be pathetic and frustrating. I have had the same experience from this credit union. Even though I had all the relevant documents like the salary certificate, resident proof etc., I was pushed out saying some more relevant documents were required and I didn't have a well paying or high profile job. I kept on visiting the branch again and again. The customer service cell were so rude towards me that it started to give me nightmares on visiting the branch again. I gave up eventually.
