Rockland Federal Credit Union

I've had several car loans with RFCU (through AAA) over the years and could not be happier. I always find the communication clear and accurate, I like the app with which I can check my loan balance and next payment, just everything about RFCU has been great. If I had any "wish" it would be that they had a local branch with ATM so that I could have opened a checking account. Really a great place to deal with.

This is now my third auto loan with my credit union (one a refinancing), and they have always been outstanding in their handling of them, as well as being there and understanding in times of need. I highly recommend RFCU for all business matters.

I've had very good experiences with this Credit Union. The only problem I've had though is the same experience I've had with other local credit unions. If something happens to your debit card they are unable ti issue you a temporary card. I don't understand why credit unions can't get with this trend that big banks have been doing for ages now. Having to go into a branch for cash and estimate how much cash you will need for the weekend or remembering if theres a national holiday coming up is really hard to do, especially when it takes 1-2 weeks to get your new one. Luckily, they do have good branch hours if need be.

I founded RFCU on a whim when I decided that I knew I wanted to use a credit union for my money. I knew straight away that I had made a good decision based on the level of customer service I was given. My money was successfully transferred, and I know it is always safe. I don't ever have to worry about silly monthly fees, or even charges to use my debit card. I am accepted at any place that takes debit cards, and I have a wide choice of ATM's to go to also. I knew that I was going to love Rockland, and I do.

Rockland federal credit union gave me a pleasant experience all around. I went through them for a checking account and got my car loan with them. Their customer service is head and shoulders above any other bank I have been with. The tellers and managers are very friendly and super helpful.

They were very helpful when going through them for the loan on my car. Very informative and got me an excellent interest rate over the loan term. They offer free checking, and a free coin machine. I love that their ATMs are in the SUM network so I can use select other ATMs wherever I may be and not incur any fees.

I like buying local and using local services. This RFCU falls right in line with these values. They work to help their customer not to get as much money from them as possible. I ran into a couple small issues in my time there and both were handled promptly and in the friendliest manner possible. The staff is excellent, their services are excellent, they keep the community vibe many people look for. I would recommend anyone to do business with them.
