What's Your Rating?
Stay away. APR is way too high. At least mine was at 23.9%. All my fault for signing. Done paying but never again.
Safco is the biggest rip-off auto lender. The automated system will never recognize your account info, every time they call and I answer (while at work or home) and say hello... no response ever. Then they hang up. They are open till 9pm Florida time(6pm) my time. I work till 5pm and drive 40 minutes to get home. That leaves me 20 minutes to call and speak to a live representative who then will tell me it’s 9pm their time and they’re closed right at 9. All for what a $10 late fee that they will not waive even when it’s their fault that their automated system is down and never works plus they charge a $5 processing fee for every payment (ridiculous.) absolute money hungry and go out of they’re way to make it impossible to make a payment without a late fee outside of setting up automatic withdrawals (which I don’t ever do) cause if they make a mistake and double charge like they just did today while talking to a live representative then your bank tells you that you gave them access to your account. If you have the luxury to go with any other financial company then I would. Counting the payments to refinance through another company if that’s even possible after all the late fees this company is lying about when they make it impossible to talk to anyone or make a payment through an automated system that doesn’t recognize your account info. Shame on Safco for poor customer services and for what$10 fees?
They are loan sharks! Please try not to go with this company if you can. They overcharge you and take advantage of you. I'm so glad I'm done with this company
