Their loan payment system is antiquated, and their customer service is absolutely terrible. We will never work with them again for any banking needs.

So far not impressed. I've made two payments and haven't received an acknowledgement that they received either payment, nor have I received any statement indicating payment or balance. Now I can't access my account online.

This bank is the most frustrating bank ever. try to pay off a loan and your will get SCREWED. when you call the bank all you get is attitude because you don't know all their rules so they don't care AT ALL I tried to pay off a loan, its takes 4 days to post to an account. so you pay off the balance and 4 days later you have interest, the you pay that and 4 days later you still have a balance and so on and so on till you want to kill yourself. you have to give them more money than you owe and will when they feeel like it they will give you back the difference. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS BANK.

Paying my car loan is so time consuming, I can't pay online because they messed up my account, paying over the phone is a hassle, and the interest rate is really high. I've been on hold for a half hour today just trying to pay my car loan.

I originally did not chose to be a customer of Scient Federal Credit Union but by automobile loan was sold to them so I am now in their care. Although it was not my decision, overall I feel they have provided me with adequate service. When I call them to discuss the terms of my loan they are always helpful and it is usually not to difficult to get someone on the phone who is knowledgeable and capable. However, I do find it a bit irritating that they insist on sending me tons of letters in the mail claiming I owe them payments when I have it all taken care of online. I have actually called them multiple times to make sure my online payments have gone through because I continually get notices for payment, and they insist I am current on my loan and do not owe them anything. While that is mildly annoying I can say that it is not the end of the world and overall I am satisfied with their service. I would recommend them to a friend if they needed an auto loan.
