ServU Credit Union Reviews
What's Your Rating?
My only negative is that when using my ServU debit card, if I choose a debit transaction instead of credit, I am charged a $1 fee as though it were an ATM fee. I had forgotten about this when I was away banking with other companies, and have to be careful to always choose 'credit' when given the option. Still, the 4 or 5 dollars per month I have been charged when using my card is nothing to the exorbitant fees some other banks charge just to hold on to your money!
The tellers are always very pleasant, and I very much enjoy the way they handle transactions at the counter. My account number is only 5 digits, and very simple to remember and they always ask for my personal passcode whenever I have a transaction.
Overall, banking with ServU has been a fantastic experience, and I'm happy to be back where I can bank with them full time.
