Society mortgage is not a mortgage company
that one should rely on they where never honest with me. When I found this house I called Ural and we discussed about the price few days ago Trina told me that the house is not on FHA that's conventional loan. Uriel told me that I'm approved for conventional loan but it's less than the FHA loan . He told me that I'm approved for $150K . I told Trina that we should moved on with the offer which is way less than what I was approved for. Society mortgage never told me that they're not going to p ay $105K for the house, remember the actual price was 109K . When I open the document that you sent me to sign it shows that society mortgage is going to loan me 1$01K which was a big disappointment for me . . Uriel told me that I have to bring up $4000 for the closing now I saw a total amount that I should bring up for classing which is almost $ 12000. You people lied to me from the beginning. You people wasted my time.
