They placed forced insurance car when I got full coverage through State Farm and increased my balance by 5,000 dollars. State Farm has faced them twice and they still have that on my balance. If they do me like this, I can imagine how they treat the elderly. When I try to call I’m always in a long line and waiting for a representative to pick it. Then they can’t hello due to transferring me to the department I need and I have another long wait. This is trash, I’ll be refinancing ASAP!!!

Useless customer service. I was a member for over 20 years. I tried to use my debit card and it did not work. i went inside the bank and the Teller told me that the card I have is an old one and he can order new ones. He never mentioned that they are going to charge for the cards. The charges are not mentioned in the web site. They just charged without telling me and when I asked about it, they cancelled the cards and told that I will never get any cards. They told that if ever I need cards, I have to pay. The checking account is advertised to give cards and when they expire, replacements should be sent without charging. Because I did not agree to pay they were going to cancel my cards for ever. Extremely bad service.

The service at this bank is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Run Run Run to another bank where they have better customer service. This bank is worse than McDonald's service. They are rude, they act like they are doing you a favor by making interest off your money and they lack many programs that most reputable banks possess like online banking and mobile deposits. I've been with them 23 years since I was 16 years old and started my first job and I have had ENOUGH. If I can save anyone the same aggravation and headaches I have had let me do so. If you want to be treated like crap on the bottom of a shoe this is the bank for you. If not and you want to be respected as a human being GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Great credit union. I've been using them since I moved to St. Louis. They require you work or live in the area to become a member. The application process is pretty harmless. All you have to do is submit an online application and within a couple business days it should be approved. After that you just have to stop by and they get it all set up for you without much hassle. I get everything I need from them without any issues. I used to have an account with a major bank and this has been a huge improvement hands down.

I have had an account at the Credit Union since I was 15 years old. It was the first bank account I ever opened and since then they have always had the best customer service. Any questions, concerns, or issues that I have had over the last 10 years they have dealt with immediately. They are always friendly when I go into the lobby and seem to always remember me even if it has been quite some time since I have been in my local branch. I used them for a savings and checking. Also, I used them for my car loan. They gave me great rates and because of that I was actually able to pay it off early!

I have been using St. Louis Community Credit Union for a few years now and have had an enjoyable experience with the company. I have used their car loan and found they have some of the lowest interest rates in my area which was a plus. Overall they have many great features to use and I have taken advantage of some of their opportunities but need to use more of what the St. Louis Community Credit Union has to offer. It is a great company overall.

While living in St Louis, my own personal community credit union in my home state was unavailable, so I decided to temporarily switch to another credit union while in town. I was shocked to find another community credit union in St. Louis. I find that community credit unions are much easier to deal with, and they have a lot less people to help on a daily basis. I have never personally had a problem with anything into my checking account, and I don't think that I will ever change credit unions for the entire time I am in St. Louis. I give a total of 4 stars for LOVING St. Louis CCU!

When I used to live closer to St. Louis, I used this credit union. It's simply wonderful. The competition in St. Louis is fierce because of how many banks and credit unions there are. But, I'd say that St. Louis Community Credit Union stands above most of them. What it lacks in decor, it makes up for with good ol' customer service. If only I lived in St. Louis again, I would surely use this credit union. Maybe they will eventually open an online account portion of their business, so I can sign up once again. Overall, a wonderful business! Highly recommended!

I have been with this credit union for about three years now, and for the most part it has served me well. The tellers are usually prompt and courteous, but every now and then the lines get severely backed up due to lack of employees on hand and service slows to a crawl. Also, one time I noticed an unexplained fee levied by the credit union while perusing my monthly statement. I called customer service and they quickly resolved the issue and credited my account immediately. Other than that one hiccup and occasional slowness at the branch I go to, this credit union does a fine job and I will probably stay with them for as long as I live in St. Louis.

I have been a member of the St. Louis Community Credit Union ever since I moved to St. Louis. I usually feel like credit unions provide better service than banks and this one is no exception. They have several locations all over the St. Louis area and all of them that I have gone to have been extremely helpful every time I've visited. A few of their locations look a bit run down but nearly all are up to my standards. The branch I visit most often (near my job) is especially nice. Overall, I'm very pleased with this credit union and I hope I can do business with them for a long time.
