If I could rate lower than 1 star I'd do it! It should be a negative 1710!

I've been Stans customer for over a decade. Went through a bad divorce and after the divorce, asked Stan for assistance learning how to make claims... He never followed up! Now because I didn't file my prescription claims as I went, I now have a $1710.00 emergency room bill.

Thanks so much for ignoring me! His poor customer service cost me $1710.00 wicked awesome...NOT! Such ignorance should be criminal! It's 100% unfair and if I was insurable by another company, I'd go to them, however because I have health issues, I've gotta stay where I am...
Do not make the mistake I made with United Healthcare, Golden Rule or Stanley Plocharczyk!!!
