These people are the most rude and inconsiderate individuals I've ever spoken with. They expect you to pay a bill without providing an address for payment, no phone number to call, and they don't disclose the origin of the original bill. Upon searching for a contact number for them, I encountered several unhelpful individuals. I called a few times, and each told me the address should be on the envelope. Have they lost their minds? I don't keep envelopes. I also requested an itemized bill, and they claimed they couldn't provide that information due to legal restrictions. How do they expect anyone to pay a bill without the necessary details regarding the recipient or payment method? It seems to me they are attempting to intimidate people. Moreover, how can I verify their legitimacy? This situation is nonsensical.

My credit score dropped 120 points because of this false information I am covered 100% by Medicaid I never even see a bill now this bill shows up a year and a half later out of nowhere on top of the fact that I moved away from that state over 2 years ago and have never even heard of that clinic

Paid In Full on 11/15/2021 Carroll Hospital in Westminster Maryland received certified mail on 11/16/2021 according to tracking number from USPS. I filed complains with the FTC and Experian Credit Agency. This State Collection posted on my credit report that the debt is still outstanding and that is Fraud. I already contact this company and they refused to remove negative remarks on my credit report and intended to collect debt that no longer exist. FTC need to fined this company for Fraud and Bad Faith Practices.

I am covered not only by Medicare but Medicaid too. I'm continuously asking this collection agency to remind them of this. This has been a problem since I've been a patient of MultiCare and they have yet to get it done right! Ugh!!!
