Not much to say, I owed a debt and they were happy to accept my payment in full. All and all they were polite and I assume because they had no way of contacting me till I paid them off.

The inaccuracies posted to my account by Synerprise are, I believe, illegal. In violation of fcra and other Federal statutes. Thus the low rating.

I paid this account off at the beginning of May and it is still showing up as collections on my credit reporting as of June 2, 2022.

I like the fact that it has the information I need to pay off this collection. They always have the company, but never a number. I'm not very trusting with this second collection agencies...

Trying to settle but will not work with me. Will not budge on the amount owed. I don’t even know what this debt is for. Please settle with me and I will be happy

It's hard to believe the collection agency claims the original debt cannot be negotiated because the medical company holding the debt refuses to work with patients. So sad.

Calls non stop all day everyday including weekend from various numbers and always gives different amount to pay each time. They really need to get it together

I paid this is full, they said it would be deleted from my credit. I spoke to a gentleman named Benjamin at Synerprise Consulting Services, he was extremely polite and friendly. I believe I will only have one item left on my credit after this.

How's about trying to work a payment arrangement with me prior to launching the assault on my credit? In all actuality a settlement would have been preferred.
