i hought i was buying to lease a watch but i found out that if you dont buy the watch within 5 months you will either continue leasing the watch or pay almost the original price

watch was 275 butt after 5 months of making 16 $ a week i have to now pay 215 dollars to purchase the watch or continue leasing for 18$ week. forever

and when i was late thy charge you 20$ and the thing is when they charged my account inxstead of charging me 20$ they made two seperate charges. like if i owed them 40$ instead of taking the money out in 1 transaction they charged me 18 dollars twice. so shady /

I don't even want to give them a star, I was being charged for tires that I was going to get through tire agent and then I cancelled as soon as I realized it was going to be to much and I did it within the window of an hour they give you to cancel anyway just this week they call me about my account being past due I asked for what they said tires I never received any tires this order was cancelled back in March needless to say they said they were going to refund me but also were going to charge a 39$ cancelation fee on my account that I never got plus money I never authorized to be taken from my account because I cancelled the order within the hour window then I was told I was supposed to call them to let them know I cancelled no where in the policy does it state that so hopefully they refund every penny that I don't have but they still took not only that, for merchandise that I never received be aware they are out to get your money anyway possible even if your given the opportunity to change your mind!!! Smh

Never do business with then again. They took payments out on the same day. I called support because I couldn't afford two and the agent was a complete smart mouth. He told me it was a billing error after first trying to convince me I was past due when I wasn't! After my account is paid off I will never do business with them again. And every chance I get, I'll let others now how crooked they are.

I ordered a new kitchen stove from sears on the lease program Tempoe has taken several payments from my bank account. I was told that I could pick up the stove on March 18th but when I contacted sears they had no record of my purchase. I contacted Tempoe and explained the situation and was told that they would cancel the lease and refund my money in 72 hours. That was 2 weeks ago and they are still taking payments out of my bank account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Still making me pay for a product I returned months ago... just awful service and horrible terms. Also they don’t have an app so I shouldn’t have trusted them

SCAMMER!!!! This company is not transparent. They will not disclose the hidden fees and interest. They have predatory interests. They take advantage of low income customers. Please never do business with them. For 2k furniture, I almost pay $6300. I got lucky I caught their scam before the 1st month of the payment and paid them full amount. Stay away from this company. They are predators.

I like Tempoe because they you the opportunity to own the merchandise that you lease through them, by making final payments with a company called Flexpay.
