I have had a great experience up to this point. Suddenly it will cost me an extra $10 every time I make my car payment? In a time when people are struggling to make ends meet, you have decided to squeeze them a little more. You should be ashamed of yourself. Our loans will be moved elsewhere as soon as I can get the paperwork processed. You won't make another dime in interest from us.

I've been with Texans for about 20 years. I wanted to deposit a check today from my mortgage company (official printed check from Mr. Cooper), and they said they have to put a hold on it until July 7! I mobile deposited it to Capital One, and 100% of the funds will be available on July 1. Being a loyal customer for 20 years means nothing! I wanted to deposit, not withdraw. There's no risk, but Texans is not willing to extend any trust to a 20-year customer. Very disappointing.

I have been a member for over 40 years, and I still complain. I've had the worst banking experiences repeatedly. This week, I needed to use Zelle with my checking account, and, of course, it did not work. I tried 13 different times over the past few days and received two different explanations from the same agent, blaming Zelle on the second occasion. Horrible bank. I think I'm finally moving our funds out. We just need to get away from TCU.

If I could give negative stars, I would! They are the absolute worst people to get a car loan from. If you have any type of life hiccup, like medical and job loss, where you can't pay your car note, they don't care and will not help or provide any sort of assistance. Clay Gregory is the most unpleasant human being that I have ever encountered; he belittled me the entire time we were on the phone. The things that he said to me were very unprofessional, and I can't believe that Texans would allow someone like him to continue to work for them.

Terrible, 0/5 stars. I have been with Texans through an auto loan for a few years. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They do not communicate well internally or with customers. I have been transferred from department to department and have experienced poor communication for almost a year. I was misinformed, belittled, and disrespected on multiple occasions. I would not advise anyone to do business with or bank with Texans Credit Union. If you do, I recommend avoiding conversations with Clay Gregory at all costs.

Shermerian is the rudest person working there. She hung up on me and did not want to answer any questions I had. Very unprofessional—such behavior needs to be addressed by a manager instead of laughing at customers.

These scammers threw in an insurance policy on my loan without my knowledge. I’ll be running up there tomorrow to pay off the loan. Hopefully I still don’t owe for the life insurance I never asked for

Stay away from this scam they call Texans Credit union. Had the audacity to tag thousands to our car loan just because they couldn't verify insurance. 6,000 USD for a 1 year policy. And they call themselves being community oriented and more family oriented. You get family members that sell you 6000.00 USD auto insurance and give you a hard time even though you had insurance? Time to change family. Scam. Pure scam. Primarily dealt with Eunice Bridges

This credit union does not appreciate loyalty, i have been a member for nearly 30 years. I got a NSF fee when my netflix charge came in 10 minutes prior to them making my paycheck available to me. They are refusing to credit me back the NSF charge, when this was not my fault. Paul Michaud was the manager who made this decision. This is a disgrace to customer service.

The overdraft fee is crazy, I had To make it to where I did Not get the fees anymore. $2 ATM charge? What bank charges their own people to use the ATM? Also, the 24-hour phone number NEVER WORKS. I hate This bank.

I moved to Texas about a year ago and have used Texans CU ever since I got here. I did a review of local banks when I first arrived and liked the fact that Texans had many branches around town as well as many free ATMs. Not long after I opened the account I got a few insufficient fund charges due to moving money around. I contacted my local branch and we were able to get the issues resolved and the charges removed. I was impressed and decided to do all my business with them.

I'd run into a problem with a magazine subscription scam while with Texans Credit Union. I called and asked for their advice; they suggested that I close the old account and get a new card issued. I got it all done on the same day. It was quite painless. Everything went smooth and efficiently. I'm most grateful to their efforts, and I look forward to being rid of the scam artists. The scammers had been taking $50 out of my account each month for several months now, and I'm on a fixed income, so I can't afford the loss.

I have been a member since I was a child. I have only had good experience with this credit union. I had an ATM eat my check a few minutes after closing. The manager came out and assisted me. It took a couple of days for them to resolve it, but I was kept in the loop. My credit information was stolen and used out of state. Texans fraud unit called me, to verify I wasn’t eating fried chicken and buying big screens two thousand miles from home. I had to swing by a branch, and sign a form and my money was back in my account the next day. Annual meetings were always friendly and fun as well.

Great credit union. My wife and I needed a personal loan to buy a car we found on craigslist and they were very helpful. We did not have the best of credit scores but they worked with us to find a wonderful interest rate on our loan. Our regular banks refused us the loan because we would not buy from a “certified” car salesman. The process was fast and smooth, not a ton of paperwork and it was approved very quickly. My wife ended up opening a savings and checking out with them and she's been very happy. Great customer care.
