Do not use this company! They team up with scam credit repair companies, and they both run off with your hard-earned money. I won't stop until I get all of it back. My bank has turned this over for a full investigation.

Scam! Five months of supposed service and nothing was ever done. I was promised a $300 refund and it never happened. I canceled my service back in November 2023, and today - September 2, 2024, they have tried to charge my bank account for $99. It has been reported as a fraudulent transaction with my credit union and I have changed my bank card number to prevent any more fraudulent attempts. Stay away from this company!

If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. A bunch of thieves and liars work here. I had contacted them back in October 2022 to repair my credit, but they gave me the runarounds for 8 months. I was going back and forth. Then I decided to dispute with my credit card and only got 3 months of my money back; the other 5 months I didn't get back, so they basically received $1000 for nothing. I contacted Dion, and he started making racist comments, even though he himself is Armenian. Then, after 2 years passed, today he texted me asking if I want to work with him and his manager, only through Cash App, which sounds like a scam again. Take your business somewhere else and don't deal with these people at all. Everyone that works with them is involved in scams.

This agency is just monkeying around with your credit. This circus needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jonathon Sanders is rude, unprofessional, only calls or text you stating he has great news and updates on your credit repair and hounds you for your payment but once received.. I don’t hear from him again. I started to use Credit Monkey in Sept 2022.. we are now in the middle of Dec 2022 and still have not received any updates. He states that I need to have an account with IdentityIQ in order for me to get updated but they won’t except my back card. I’ve been telling Jonathan Sanders about this since day one but he insists I use someone else’s debit card information to have an active account with IdentityIQ. This is something very personal for me and don’t need or want anyone else knowing or involved.
Now what topped it off is I refuse to make anymore payments and now he’s threatening to come over my house. This man should be arrested.. I should be scorned to even remotely trust and credit repair. Especially this one and that man Jonathon Sanders should be FIRED and possibly arrested for all the threats. Do not use this service and especially if Jonathan Sanders is the one taking care of your file. He’s con artist that prays on the weak, with his passive aggressive attitude!

I just want to say thank very much. I was involved in a major credit card scam that badly damaged my credit score. I had been dealing with this nightmare for over 6 years.
