I am a real estate Broker and have used multiple lenders through the years. I have made multiple personal home purchases, refinances, even a commercial building purchase, and now a purchase of a Florida condo. Most lenders turned down the opportunity to finance a condo because it was "too risky" and hard to get the loan to fund, however I made one call to TOMO and got approved in minutes. What was supposed to be the hardest purchase I had made to date was the easiest purchase I have made thanks to the process TOMO has. Not to mention, they had the best interest rate WITHOUT any "points" or a bunch of frivolous lender fees. When we are ready to make our next real estate purchase, we will not even be shopping around. I honestly was skeptical and read everything before signing on the dotted line. But, Michael Riley was very transparent from the beginning, even with all our questions as first-time home buyers. I did my research, I did my digging of mortgage lenders, I compared and contrasted — and ended up putting my faith in Tomo Mortgage. In the end, it paid off immensely. The thing that reassured me was working with Michael Riley, my loan officer. He communicated with me every step of the way. Also, we had to move our closing date up by four days very last minute because of the seller. The team worked their magic, and we were able to close on time. At first, I was skeptical about Tomo Mortgage as they were new to us, though it turns out they had been around for four years. I ended up having pre-approvals between Tomo and another mortgage broker. At the same time, I requested both companies to provide me with their rates, and Tomo crushed the competition. They were so competitive that the competitor was floored with how much savings Tomo provided.

Not only were the rates the best we had seen, but the service was also amazing. Michael (Loan Officer) was our first contact. He was very helpful in guiding us, and then once we were near closing time, Sam and Alena drove us through to the finish line. We closed right on time with an amazing rate lock for the period.

The team made us re-evaluate the unnecessary fees other lenders are charging, which were just bloated in comparison to what Tomo Mortgage offered, along with strong customer service.
