Worst company ever in history. They charged me $99 a month for a service for three months and never reported anything. When I found an email online to complain, they said they had no record of my account, even though I showed them all the screenshots from my account with my complete contact information. I was later told after a week that it takes 90 days to report. I attempted to cancel right away, and there was no way to cancel, especially with all of my information attached to this account. I sent an email and absolutely received no more responses from them.

They are scammers. Please, don't do business with them. I made the mistake of taking their credit card and subscribing to Tomo Bost. I have been trying to cancel their services for 6 months, and they are still charging me even after several requests to cancel.

My card has been locked since I missed a payment. I paid it in full after I was told the card would be back to normal for usage once paid in full. That was a lie it's been paid since August which I paid a week later and it has been LOCKED ever since.They switch up too much!

I bought one of their tradelines in November 2023, hoping that it would help my credit. They only reported one month of history in December. Then, there was no more activity. I paid for a 12-month tradeline! Today is March 16th, and my score was impacted because I was removed from the tradeline. Do not purchase.

I found out about TomoCredit through a friend when I told him that I have been trying to build my credit. Tomo has helped me increase my credit and I only wish I found it sooner. Got my parents hooked on it as well.

This is a scam. No customer service or contact information. You can't remove cards once added, and they try to charge any amount on any card and won't cancel it. Report as fraud and change the card or lock it.

This is the biggest scam. I started with them 10 months ago, and most months haven't even been reported. My score actually went down after they reported. I've been trying to cancel my account for 2 months now, and it's one hoop after another. Even after they say my account is canceled, they continue to try and charge my credit card. This is fraud.

This company, Tomo Boost, is a total scam. Someone should file a class action lawsuit against them. They didn't do a single thing they claimed they could. I gave them three months, and my score actually went down. I sent multiple emails trying to get a hold of them to close my account. No luck and no customer credit. Instead, they started sending threatening emails and attempted to charge my credit card $80 every single day. I had to freeze my credit card. It's been four months, and every day they try again.

I as well gave them 3 months as well to report the trade line on my credit report they haven't I also sent out many emails no response but they have charged my card for the months that they haven't reported on my credit report I am working on it filing a class action lawsuit this is ridiculous they don't respond to any emails they don't have a phone number or anything this is so outrageous

This is definitely a scam. I had them for several months, and all they did was decrease my credit score. I use Kickoff already and Credit Karma, along with credit sesame. My credit score was already good, but I just wanted that 800 so bad. That I decided to sign up for tomo. I was told there would be a charge card that I would have to pay back weekly. That would have not been a problem. It was the biggest mistake of my life. I'm trying to cancel this service too. They keep charging my cards, so I have my cards locked.

@51derfull I joined back in January of this year...it took about two months before it showed on credit report..but it was indeed back dated with two years of positive payments..my score increased due to credit utilization and also have two years of reported payments helped..I think some people may not have waited long enough for account to report and freaked out and believed it was a scam...I have personally had a great experience

This company is a scam; the positive reviews are fake! Don't be fooled! I asked them to close my account for months. I have only TomoBoost with them. They say I have a line of credit and they will report to credit bureaus. They constantly try to charge my card. I tried to log into the account, but since they can't get their fees, they blurred the info, so I can't see anything. Do not sign up with those scammers. I tried to cancel my TomoBoost account for the past 6 months. I'm looking into a class-action lawsuit.

This place is terrible and the absolute worst when it comes to trying to cancel. I've been attempting it for two straight days with four different email threads open, and they're still trying to pull money for a service that didn't even work! Stay away!

The Tomo Credit Card has a $0 foreign transaction fee, which means you won't incur extra charges for international purchases.
